Filament Return Policy
You may return all sealed filament for a refund within 15 days of delivery. All international sales are final.
It must be in new condition.
You should expect to receive your refund within one week of giving your package to the return carrier.
A restocking fee of 20% will apply along with a deduction for our shipping cost to ship your order out.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
The deduction for shipping cost is based on our cost and not the price payed by the customer for shipping.
In the rare event that the filament is defective, the customer will recieve a full refund including the price they payed for return shipping. Refund will be issued within 15 days of testing completed.
To receive compensation for defective filament return shipping costs, the customer must provide proof of postage purchase. The proof of purchase must include the date, tracking number, and price payed.
If deemed non-defective and the customer wishes to receive the filament back, the customer must pay additional shipping costs.
The filament must fail at least one of these two tests below to be deemed as defective. Testing will start within 5 days of us receiving the filament.
To deem filament as defective the following process will be followed upon receiving the return filament:
1. We will measure the diameter of the filament.
It must be within +-.05mm (Three different test points will be used along different points in the filament spool. Must pass all three points.)
2. We will 3D print a two inch cube using the returned filament.
The customer will receive pictures of the cube if successful or not.
Frequently asked questions that do not qualify for return:
1. Filament seal is broken.
2. Print quality is not what I expected. (Contact us for assistance with setting adjustments.)
3. Clearance filament. All sales are final on all clearance filament.
This policy only applies to our filament and not our 3D printing service. We reserve the right to refuse to sell any of our products or services to any problematic customer.
