Shipping Policy

Please allow additional time during COVID-19.

• Same-day shipping on all orders.
  
• Cut-off time for same-day shipping is 3:30pm EST Monday through Sunday. Due to COVID some orders may not be shipped out same-day. 
• Tracking can take up to 24 hours to update.

Damages/Lost Shipments

JMO Technology, LLC is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.
