OUR GUARANTEE
We want you happy with your eSUN filament. If something isn't right, contact us and we'll make it right.

RETURN WINDOW
You may request a return within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unused, unopened, and in their original sealed packaging, with proof of purchase.

OPENED FILAMENT
Because 3D printing filament absorbs moisture once opened, opened or unsealed spools are not eligible for return unless they are defective, damaged, or incorrect.

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ITEMS
Inspect your order on arrival. If any item is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, do not use it — email support@jmotechnology.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We'll replace or refund it at no cost to you, including return shipping. No restocking fee applies.

HOW TO START A RETURN
Email support@jmotechnology.com with your order number to request a return authorization. We'll send instructions and, where applicable, a label. Items returned without authorization can't be accepted.

CHANGE-OF-MIND RETURNS
Unopened items returned within 14 days are subject to a 20% restocking fee, and the customer is responsible for return shipping.

REFUNDS
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll email you to confirm approval or rejection. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

EXCHANGES
The fastest way to exchange is to return the eligible item and place a new order. For defective items, contact us and we'll arrange a replacement.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Clearance or "final sale" items, gift cards, and opened filament (except defective) are not eligible for return.

WHOLESALE & B2B ORDERS
Custom-quoted, bulk, or special-order items may carry different terms, confirmed on your quote.
