Shipping policy

FREE U.S. SHIPPING
Every order ships free within the contiguous United States. No minimum, no threshold, no membership required. Orders to Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories are calculated at checkout.

ORDER PROCESSING & SAME-DAY CUTOFF
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and U.S. holidays. Orders placed before 3:00 PM ET on a business day ship the same day. Orders placed after 3:00 PM ET, or on a weekend or holiday, ship the next business day.

CARRIERS & DELIVERY TIME
We ship via USPS, FedEx, and UPS. Most orders arrive within 2–5 business days after shipping, depending on the destination. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed.

TRACKING
You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order ships.

WHOLESALE, BULK & FREIGHT ORDERS
High-volume, pallet, or freight orders may ship separately; our team confirms timing and any freight details with your quote.

LOST, STOLEN, OR DAMAGED SHIPMENTS
If tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your order, or a package arrives damaged, email support@jmotechnology.com within 7 days and we'll make it right.

INCORRECT ADDRESS
Please verify your shipping address at checkout. We can't be responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address entered at checkout, but contact us right away and we'll help where we can.
